Oh the weather outside is weather!

Winter, Christmas, snow!

I love it!!

Christmas is exhausting, add the cold, then the , messy conditions out on the road, what could go wrong? Well, first we get tired, then sick, then we find excuses not to do a darn thing. Don't ’t stress yourself out, that will only make it worse.

Take this time to decompress, hang with the family, friends and indulge… lightly. There’s nothing wrong with too much charcuterie, a few extra wines, and thirds on Christmas day. Thats what the holidays are for

So what about the new year, the new you?

Think about your end game, imagine what you want at the end and when that end might be. So many people what a new years resolutions to be a quick fix.

It's 100% not!

Think about it as a starting line, you have 3 months, a year, or 2 to hit your goal. Plan things out, ask for help, do your research, jumping blindly into a training or diet plan makes it messy and headed toward failure and resentment.

Remember nothing worthwhile comes fast and easy. Plan, focus, work!

Happy Holidays
